Caleb had been clear that he's not entirely experienced with household repairs, but he's willing to learn. He shows up in the green car Michael had put together with him, and he's wearing the heavy duty Rickies pants he wears when he works at the shop, and a tee shirt he doesn't care too much about — just in case this gets messier than he expects it to.
The house is... somehow not what he's expecting. Alex had extended an invitation to him more than once, but he's been busy with Neil and college and work, so he hasn't really been able to make the time. Now that he's here, he wishes it weren't his first time ever. He feels like he needs time to process what he's seeing.
